You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To opt back in at any time, reply START or contact us directly. For help, reply HELP to any of our messages.
Message and data rates may apply. The number of messages you receive will vary based on your service schedule and account activity. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all SMS communications.
Maid4U Cleaning Services is not responsible for any delays or failures in the delivery of SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be 18 years of age or older to book our services and consent to receive SMS communications from Maid4U Cleaning Services. By providing your phone number, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

By booking a service with Maid4U Cleaning Services, the client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
By booking a service with us, you agree to have a pre-authorization hold placed on your credit/debit card for the full amount of your service 1 day before your service, then charged after the service is completed. All customers are required to have a debit or credit card on file with our card processor. We use a virtual terminal — no client information is saved anywhere on our computer or server. Clients are charged by the end of the day.
Maid4U provides interior residential and commercial cleaning services. For time purposes, we will not remove more than two large bags of trash from the home. We do not clean human or animal waste.
We want you to be absolutely delighted with our cleaning services. Please report any concerns to our office staff at [email protected] within 48 hours. We do not offer refunds, but we will do our best to rectify all concerns.
If picking up is a service you would like, please discuss this during scheduling and we will allot more time with additional cost. Please ensure anything of a sensitive nature is put away prior to our arrival.
We love our clients' pets! For their safety and the safety of our cleaning technicians, please secure large or skittish pets in a safe area of the home or garage. Our cleaning technicians cannot clean animal feces of any kind to prevent cross-contamination.
Our cleaning technicians need to be able to work without distractions. We cannot assume liability for the safety of others while cleaning is in progress, including children and pets. In the event cleaners are unable to work without distractions that affect their working speed, Maid4U reserves the right to charge for extra time spent in the client's home.
Our cleaning technicians' safety and health is of the utmost importance. Please notify us in advance of any potential biohazard situations, including but not limited to: blood, black mold, rodent or bug infestations, or human/animal urine or feces. If a biohazard situation is evident upon arrival, technicians will be unable to service the home and the full cleaning rate will be charged. Follow-up service cannot be performed until documentation showing the situation has been resolved is presented.
Maid4U is licensed and insured. Our technicians cannot perform any cleaning higher than a 4-foot step ladder. Heavy or large furniture must be moved away from walls prior to service in order to clean behind them. Our cleaning technicians will not move heavy furniture to prevent damage and maintain safety. Light spot cleaning of walls is standard on maintenance-deep cleans; however, we do not wash walls for liability purposes. Cleaning under beds is not performed unless specifically requested.
If something is broken or damaged, our staff is trained to photograph and report it immediately. They are careful and considerate of each space they attend, but accidents can happen. Once reported to the office, we will contact you to discuss a fair and quick resolution.
Clients should point out any pre-existing damage to surfaces before service begins. Our cleaning staff are trained to survey and record any damage upon arrival. In areas of extreme clutter, Maid4U reserves the right to skip those areas to avoid damaging items or injuring cleaning staff. Surfaces such as hardwood floors and natural stone should be in good condition and ready to clean. Maid4U uses non-toxic, eco-friendly products. If you request use of your own products, Maid4U will not be held liable for any damage caused by those products. No harsh chemicals will be used.
Estimates are based on homes of similar size and reported condition. If our cleaners arrive and the home requires more time than estimated due to its condition, we will communicate this before proceeding. Though we do our best to estimate accurately, two similarly sized homes can take significantly different amounts of time depending on how the space is maintained.
The client understands that they will be charged a $1,500 trainee fee if they engage in a direct working relationship with any employee of Maid4U encountered during service, outside of an engagement through Maid4U.
Scheduling a recurring service ensures you receive a discounted rate. You will be charged the regular rate for the first service, then receive the discount on subsequent services. Any gaps in recurring service may result in a rate increase if additional time is needed to bring your home back to a maintenance level.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning. The following cancellation fees apply:
7. Cancellations/reschedules made less than 48 hours before service: 25% of the booking amount
8. Cancellations/reschedules made less than 24 hours before service: 50% of the booking amount
After-hours calls or texts will not be acknowledged until 9:00 AM the following business day.
